Please note that any merchandise purchased from the Spectrum Online store (www.spere.com.sg) are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable with the exception of faulty or damaged merchandise.
If the product was faulty or damaged upon receiving it, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and a replacement will be provided upon the return of the faulty/damaged item. If a replacement is currently unavailable, Spectrum Automotive will refund you the full cost for the returns. Please take note that the shipping fees to return are borne by the customer.
The processing time for returns is usually 3 business days from the date the return is received. We will notify you upon receipt of the item and provide the estimated delivery date of the replacement. In any case of refunds, the full refund will include the price for the item(s) including GST, less any discounts that may have been applied to the said item(s). You will receive the refund in a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies and other factors. In addition, the original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded.
All orders will packed within 4 hours and shipped within 3 working days upon confirmation of payment. For all overseas deliveries, the order may be delayed by customs by up to a period of 5 days. For overseas delivery, please ensure that the contact details and shipping address is accurate.
All orders will be shipped via Ninja Van Standard mail, unless noted otherwise. A tracking number will be provided upon shipping, which can be tracked at the Ninja Van website here. All shipments are expected to reach within 1-3 working days.
All merchandise will be secured with bubble wrap to ensure it does not get damaged during transit.
If the delivery address falls under a restricted zone, please note that your shipping time may be longer than the projected 1-3 working days.
